The GAEC has 42 cows and hosts 200 cows in summer on the mountain pasture.
501 ha of mountain pastures welcome the cows.
The GAEC produces 150,000 liters of milk: 80% of the milk is delivered to La Chambre Coopérative for the production of Beaufort AOP.
