Breeding of around 130 goats in the village of Montvernier at an altitude of 1000 m. Their milk is processed on the farm into aged cheese.
In summer, they graze according to the growth of grass and flowers. From November to March, they feed on hay.
Sale at the farm every Saturday between 4 pm and 6 pm.
