This easy route is aimed at families and beginners who wish to take a walk mainly on minor roads. The 360° view from the chapel in the hamlet of Poingt Ravier is magnificent. Best done in the morning to take advantage of the rising sun.
Description
We recommend that you take a snack or picnic to Poingt Ravier for a pleasant break. There are benches next to the chapel. From this vantage point, turn towards Crêt du Mélèze, where you may spot chamois and deer.

Check the weather forecast and seek advice from qualified professionals, and inform someone of your itinerary. Make sure you're properly equipped: helmets are compulsory, and we strongly advise you to wear kneepads, elbow pads, back protection and gloves. In your rucksack, take a water bottle and snacks to keep your energy levels up, and a survival blanket or warm clothing. Protect yourself from the sun with sunscreen and sunglasses. Don't forget binoculars to add a touch of observation to your adventure.
