Behind THE UNCLOUDERS lies an explosive duo comprising
Florent Pollet (guitar, vocals) and Marc Marques Lucio (drums).
Thanks to a formula that has proved its worth on the other side of the Atlantic, the
rock as minimalist as it is catchy, at the crossroads between
between Queens of the Stone Age and the White Stripes.
Stripes. While the duo's music is massive and hard to listen to
yet with a formidable finesse, and the vocals are no exception. Carried by a deep, gravelly, over-hyped voice, its sobriety
sobriety brings a calm touch to a content in full
effervescence.
A set of simple, furiously effective guitar riffs
accompanied by drums with a unique jazz feel, all underpinned by a percussive punch.
October 2020 saw the release of their first EP. Propelled by an infectious on-stage energy, the duo have been touring the roads of France ever since, proudly defending their music with a self-produced tour of over 40 dates.
Following their selection for the Cuvée Grenobloise 2023, and now supported by the TEMPO network's Propulsion program, the group is more determined than ever, and intends to take the project to new horizons.
