Come and watch or participate in the S, M and XL courses of the Madeleine Triathlon.

XL course :
Swimming: 1700 m in Saint-Rémy de Maurienne
Cycling: 111 km with 3800 m of positive difference in altitude
Via the Col du Molard, the Col de La Croix de fer and the Col du Glandon
Race: 15 km with 450 m D+ at Saint Francois Longchamp

Course M :
Swimming: 1300 m at Saint-Rémy de Maurienne
Cycling: 52 km with 2200 m of D+.
Race: 8 km with 200 m D+ at Saint Francois Longchamp

Course S :
Swimming: 700 m in Saint-Rémy de Maurienne
Cycling: 20 km with 1200 m of D+.
Running: 4 km with 100 m D+ in Saint Francois Longchamp
