
A traditional house, one of the oldest in the village, which used to house men and animals. Through the testimonies of the inhabitants, discover the life of the mountain community from its agro-pastoral origins to its tourist activity.

"The Ark of Oe" ("Oe" means Aussois in patois) collects, through oral or written testimony of its inhabitants, the whole history of the village. Every room in the house has found its functions and original arrangements. Today aussoyens aussoyennes and invite you to explore alone, with family or friends, the life of the mountain community of its agro-pastoral origins to its current tourism. Corners games to discover in the visit were arranged for children.
Each week during the winter and summer seasons, one or more activities are offered by day or evening: guided tours, making butter, snacks, evening stories, etc.
