Description
At the Boucherie Rittaud, delicatessen in Fourneaux, you will find quality meats: beef and veal from Savoie, lamb from Terra Modana. Come and discover our home-made dry sausages, donkey diots, chipolatas, merguez and seasoned specialities, terrines and ready-made meals.
Our meat comes from animals bought live from Savoyard breeders: Josiane and Jean-Pierre Tourt in Val Cenis Lanslebourg, Michel Cervellin in Saint-Pierre de Soucy, Agnès and Michel Mollard in Saint-André, Véronique and Jacques Detienne in Aussois.
Our butcher's animals have been worked and processed for three generations in our establishment in the pure tradition of traditional butchery.
Our reception staff are trained to welcome people with disabilities.

Opening hours on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday between 7.30 am and 12.15 pm and between 2.30 pm and 7 pm.
