The cheese dairy of Bessans proposes you in summer and winter our products in short circuits: Beaufort AOP and Bleu de Bonneval sur Arc, yoghurts with cow or ewe milk from the village, raw milk, farm cheeses, wine, génépi, AOP and IGP cheeses from Savoie.

In Bessans, there are 4 farms that deliver their milk daily for processing into Beaufort AOP and Bleu de Bonneval-sur-Arc.
Period of opening
From 18/12 to 10/04
Opening hours on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday between 2.30 pm and 6 pm. On Friday, Saturday and Sunday between 9 am and 12 pm and between 2 pm and 6 pm.
