Val-Cenis - Lanslevillard

After the bridge to the left of the Tourist Office, you will discover the dairy. You will find our fabrications: Beaufort (AOP) and Bleu de Bonneval on Arc, as well as a range of Hauts Mauriennais cheeses and various Savoie products.

Description

The Lanslevillard cheese dairy merged with the Lanslebourg cheese dairy in the 1970s to later become the Coopérative Laitière de Haute Maurienne Vanoise. Currently it brings together 40 farms in Haute Maurienne including 4 in Lanslevillard and transforms raw milk into Beaufort and Bleu de Bonneval sur Arc. You can visit the Beaufort manufacturing workshops open to the public all year round in Lanslebourg. You will find in our stores our products sold in short and fair circuit. We also sell our butter, raw milk as well as farm products made in Haute Maurienne: goat and sheep cheeses, farm yogurts, cured meats and a wide range of Savoy products: cheeses, cold meats, wines, jams, honey, etc.
