A meeting place for epicureans and lovers of authentic flavors, our store sells our products in a short, fair trade circuit: Bleu de Bonneval sur Arc, farmhouse cheeses and yogurts from Haute Maurienne, wine, cured meats, génépi, artisanal cookies and herbal teas, as well as butter and raw milk...
To preserve the authenticity of this listed village, 9 livestock buildings have been built in an agricultural zone away from the village, in order to maintain sustainable agriculture and meet current farming standards.
Short-run sales of our 2 medal-winning cheeses, butter and raw milk (by reservation), as well as farmhouse products made in Haute Maurienne: goat's and sheep's cheeses, farmhouse yoghurts, cured meats and a wide range of Savoy products: cheeses, charcuterie, wines, jams, honeys...
We are one of 8 stores belonging to the Haute Maurienne Vanoise dairy cooperative, whose workshop for processing milk into Beaufort PDO cheese and maturing cellars are located in Lanslebourg.
