Description

The Vallon de Polset lies at an altitude of 1820 m, in the commune of Modane, in the Parc national de la Vanoise.
In summer, the vallon is accessible either via the Route de l'Orgère (RD106, commune of Saint André), or via the Chemin d'Amodon (commune of Villarodin-Bourget) and the GR55, Pralognan-la-Vanoise-Modane route.
In winter, accessible only on foot, snowshoes or ski touring (off-piste link from Val Thorens-3 Vallées resort).

From 21/12/2025 to 28/06/2026 on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Sunday between 12 pm and 3.30 pm.
On reservation minimum 4 persons.

From 29/06 to 30/08/2026 daily.

From 31/08 to 12/09/2026 on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Sunday and bank holidays between 12 pm and 3.30 pm.
On reservation minimum 4 persons.
